A new statutory regime for Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures came into force on 1st October 2004.

Do you even have written procedures?

Employers who have not reviewed their procedures since 2004 may find that they are out of date and do not comply with the new regime.  

There are now heavy financial penalties for failure to follow the new regime.
